Vinyasa Flow

Yin/Heated Yin

Defy Gravity

All Level Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the playful weightlessness of aerial arts. Suspended in colorful silk hammocks hanging from the ceiling, practitioners explore movements that decompress the spine and build strength while feeling gloriously supported.

Beginners start with simple poses close to the ground, learning to trust the fabric. Intermediate practitioners might explore inversions with the hammock supporting their hips. Advanced yogis can perform dramatic flips and splits, the fabric acting as both safety net and strength trainer.

Join our integrative Sunday class combining Vinyasa flow, Yin release, and Meditation for a complete reset. Begin with energizing breath-synchronized movement, transition to deep-holding Yin postures, and conclude with centering meditation. Ashtanga Vinyasa for advanced yogis is an intense, traditional practice of precisely ordered postures synchronized with breath. Masters of this practice move seamlessly through complex inversions and binds, achieving a moving meditation that embodies yoga's highest principles.

CHAIR YOGA

Chair yoga is a gentle, accessible practice that adapts traditional yoga poses for those with limited mobility or who need stability support. Using a chair as both prop and foundation, practitioners can safely explore stretches, twists, and breathing techniques while seated or using the chair for balance. This adaptable approach makes yoga's benefits—improved flexibility, stress reduction, and mind-body connection—available to seniors, office workers, those with injuries, or anyone seeking a more supported practice.

Yoga for Kids
